After a successful return on Easter Monday 2025, WE ARE BACK AGAIN!
The Broadford FNC successfully advocated to bring back our fabulous Swap Meet with FULL USE of the main oval last year, and in 2026, it will be no different! Thank you to Harley Hammond Committee of Management for your support.

Bringing lots of people into our beautiful town, the Broadford Swap Meet is a must for your calendar in support of not only local community sporting groups at Harley Hammond Reserve, but for meeting new people, connecting with friends, and of course most importantly, showcasing and viewing a wide-range of items that could become yours or someone’s newest treasure!
Thanks to our partnership with Shannon’s, we will also be having a Car Show and Shine! Who will be judged ‘Vehicle of the Show!’. Be there to be part of the action! Presentations at 11:30am so get in early to enter and display your prized possession with pride!

Below are just a few more details to support your attendance at Broadford Swap Meet.
*Important to note – No pre-booked sites this year while we get our systems back on track for swap meet 2027!
ALL ATTENDEES MUST ALSO ADHERE TO THE ROAD SAFETY RULES 2017. THIS INCLUDES PARKING LAWFULLY.
ARRIVAL
* Please plan your arrive anytime between 5:30am and 6:30am on Monday, 6 April only. This will ensure you can drop items to your site and then move your vehicle to a suitable parking area, unless you have purchased several sites where you intend to use a site as a car park.
* Once gates open at 5:30am, you will be greeted by multiple site marshals, wearing a high-vis vest for easy identification, who will explain where you need to go and ensure this is QUICK and SMOOTH! Other site marshals with high-vis vests will be placed at various points around the oval/event space, so you will be supported as you enter the grounds on where to go. Easy peasy!
* Gate opens for buyers at 7:30am
SITES
* All sites are approx 6m x 5m and will be clearly marked out by our dedicated volunteers
* You do not need a site number as sites are allocated on the day
* If applicable, BYO trestle tables, chairs, marquee and anything you need for your stall – NO PEGS ALLOWED
* All stall and site holders should have their own insurance otherwise you will not be covered under the general public liability insurance held by the Club if anything occurs to your stall structures and contents. Not having market holder insurance is at own risk
* Sites will be both on the oval and on its perimeter. The perimeter is a bitumen ground surface with sites backing onto the football ground fence. If you have a marquee, all you will need is a secure rope/string if you wish to fix the marquee to the fence.
* Sites are side-by-side (approx. 6m x 5m that you drive forward into – just like a regular carpark at a footy oval! If you purchase multiple sites, you can park across the bays (e.g with a trailor) so long as you do not block or encroach on neighbouring sites.
CAMPING
Yes! Arrive please on Sunday 5 April from 3pm. Gates locked by 9am same night.
No fires allowed.
There are a number of accommodation options in the area also, including a free camping just down the road at the bowls club.
