More than a club, we are a community.
The Broadford Football Netball Club engaged the services of Travis Switzer at Culture Vate to lead the development of the clubs first ever Strategic Plan through a series of workshops and engagement activities.
The committee endorsed the final draft at the May Committee Meeting and proudly presented same at the June Monthly Club Dinner to all attendees.
Members in attendance had a chance to review and provide feedback. All gave overwhelming praise for and endorsement of the developed club vision, purpose statement, priorities and goals for 2025 – 2027 inclusive.
An action plan to work towards achieving goals set out in the plan is underway and lead by the elected committee for the upcoming season. Big things to come!
